Details of Vacancy*:	Hard Soft Technology a Dubai , U.A.E. Based international company is seeking a polished full-time Computer Field Repair Technicians who can thrive in a fast-paced environment for home repair services. The ideal candidate will have following: Responsibilities •Technicians will be responsible for repair and maintenance of all PC's/ laptop's /server's/ printer's and all related device repair services on -site & off site. •Maintain tool kit and accurate inventory for assigned Calls. •Perform Procedural test to identify the nature of the call •Fix the call at the site location or in complex situations should get the device in prescribed manner to service centre. •Troubleshoot equipment to determine the cause of malfunctions. Estimate parts and labor for repair. Research the current cost of replacement equipment and recommends repair or replacement of the equipment. •Candidates should be able to handle all major or minor PC repair issues from virus and spyware removal, to hardware troubleshooting and basic network setup. •Provide sales support as required. •Accurate completion of invoices and expense reports in a timely manner. Qualifications •Min 2-4 years PC Troubleshooting/Repair Experience •Possess one or more of the following certifications: A+; Network+, MCP, MSCE •High School and Technical School graduate or equivalent experience •Customer service experience •Candidates must also be willing to offer solutions and suggest additional products to customers while on-site. •A professional demeanor and appearance are necessary, and is strictly enforced. •Willingness to provide solution offerings to clients and up-sell products •High degree of initiative. •Exceptionally skilled in organization, attention to detail and effective prioritization of duties. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations **Technicians are offered a generous per month •Competitive salary. •Outstanding benefits package (incl.
