| Details of Vacancy*: | <br /> Job Location: Khalifa Street, Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Permanent Working Hours: Sundays to Thursdays 8:30AM -6:30PM ________________________________________ Responsibilities: Arrange candidate's interview schedules for company's clients Assist in the preparation and update company's task orders sent to clients Assist in the preparation of employee contracts File Management Format CVs Gather interview feedback from candidates after their interview In-charge of business correspondence In-charge of courier transactions Keep track of each client's job vacancy and update the Recruitment Team on the same Keep track of latest feedback from client on candidate's profiles or interviews Keep track of Recruitment Shows and Events in Abu Dhabi Prepare Internal Memos Prepare Job Descriptions and company's job advertisements Prepare reports Receive and transfer all incoming and outgoing company calls Research tasks Take minutes of the meeting Update company's client directory ________________________________________ Job Requirements: College Graduate 0 to 1 year minimum work experience Flexible with an outgoing and pro-active personality.
