The Excelsior Creek Hotel ; a new 4* luxury Dubai hotel, features 210 Rooms on three floors, a well-equipped business center, car and limousine rental services, travel and tour desk, Health Club & Fitness establishments and a stunning roof top swimming pool.

Excelsior Creek Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Dubai, within walking distance of the BurJuman Shopping Center and 5minutes walking distance from Dubai Creek
The hotel is currently in need of following staff:

Room Attendant
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, and capable of performing Housekeeping tasks. 2+ years experience in a similar position in a 4* Hotel is an asset. Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
Telephone Operator.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, you will answer all calls promptly, using the guest's name and following an established script. The ideal candidate will be organized; detail oriented and enjoys dealing with people. This position is great for someone that enjoys multi-tasking and must be proficient with computers and familiar with PIBX system. Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
Receptionist
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, you are responsible for the provision of a comprehensive Front Office Desk service which includes receiving guests, check in and checkout, preparing accounts and billing, process payments and respond/attend to guest general inquires / requirements. 2+ years experience in a similar position in a 4* Hotel is an asset with a thorough knowledge of Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping. Must be proficient with computers and familiar with Opera/Micros system. Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
